[dvd::rip] Multiple audio tracks incluster OR standalone mode

Merry Christmas to everyone.
I am having a problem I can't surpass for quite some time now. It started roundabout year ago on older OpenSuSE installations, no matter on which of my three computers. It always happens when I try to process a video with multi-track audio --it never runs through.
It happens when the system runs in single-computer mode or in a cluster-configuration.
As far as I understand the output files, it always has something to do with merging the first or second audio track to the complied video. Sometimes, I get an avi-file that contains the first audio track but not the second (when the problem lies with the second audio track), sometimes no complete avi-file is produced at all.
Since I am in Germany and like to see movies in the natural language but also need the German translation because not everyone is used to seeing movies in English around here, so I really would like to be able reusing this feature.
I added the log of my latest run this night below, starting where the system mentions 'Fehler' (=error) for the first time.
This ran on my laptop, a dualcore in clustermode (for usage of the two cores). It has a brand new installation of OpenSuSE 11.2 on it with the actual packman-rpms regarding transcode and the other stuff.
Can somebody tell me what went wrong?

And yes, if anybody is interested, the Tropic Thunder DVD is mine :-)
