    Bugfixes:
    - Cluster mode: dvdrip-master daemon bailed out with an
      error message on startup. Thanks for the report to
      David Chan <davidchan AT rcn.com>.
    - Cluster mode: if file cleanup was requested and file
      splitting not necessary (because the file is smaller
      than one disc) the transcoded file was removed.
